It's a petrol station, nothing more, nothing less, than also sells the usual array of M&S foods. Can be busy, an the staff can be a bit blunt at times, but it's handy, and easy to access, unless you're trying to turn right out of the forecourt when you leave.

Advertised M&S food deals don't come up on the till. Every visit an M&S item is priced lower on display than till (e.g. Salt'n'Vinegar twists 95p vs. £1.15).
Don't sell M&S water or multipacks (want to push Evan at premium). Very easy to pick up their own bread rolls thinking they're M&S. All a bit of a con that sullies the M&S brand (and BPs come to that).

Always friendly helpful staff. Good selection of quality products. Two cash machines. Petrol. Open all day EVERY DAY. What more could you ask for? Thanks M & S :)

Does no one wear face masks in the place. Not staff our customers. It's a free for all. Clean and tidy yes but we do have an issue world wide with a virus.

Cheaters, the products delivered expire same day + they cheat on quantity. Never again

Just got wafted away with no verbal communication, just wanted a soft drink from a so called 24hr store where the staff barely want to do there job. He refused verbal communication or to walk the less than five feet to the fridge. Air pods on to busy listening to Justin Bieber to do his job.

It's the next day and the same guy is out here telling customers the shop isn't 24 hours.... Either this guy needs training or replacing.

They are fantastic . Today they way they handlers the queues were superb. It was fast very fast. The staff were honest and not allowing any one with preference and I just had to wait for 20 min to get it fuelled. Excellent job guys

Awful customer service. Staff telling customers to hurry up when getting items and charging you extra for items you didn’t buy. Pls double check your receipt after you purchase from there, they’ll add items you dont buy!!!
