The only way to explain it is.. I have for years used the ordinary check outs, and not the self service, hopefully with the idea of helping to keep jobs.. but the staff had been getting less focused on the customer , the checkout supervisor interupts the chat between check out and me, and then tells me to be quiet she is talking…other times the check will stop serving to chat to the next check out.. not about work but chatting about non work issues.. they get rude and complacent.. so much so rather than say anything about this decline over months I signed up to the self shopping app with the intention of trying not to interact with staff and to ensure that they are not needed…you watch and it still happens the supervisors still do not wait for the heck out to finish serving and before the next customer
Terrible

Place is in a mess, unable to get down most aisles, due to cages being emptied or dumped. I have given up large shops until this mess is sorted and they stop cunfusing us by moving things around. Other supermarkets can deal with so called sugar tax, without the carnage and I still am able to get round on my scooter.

wide range of products, recommend their own brand pizza for a crispy thin crust at 99p, then add your own toppings to taste.

Your typical Sainsburys. Check out line was faster than other Sainsburys and the supermarket offers a in-store bakery, pizzeria and a clothing department. Parking is complicated to navigate through but with plenty of spaces.

Very expensive! over inflated prices! Not an impressive store at all and sadly won't be shopping there again. The staff however are wonderful and very helpful..

What an earth has happened to this place. 5 star last time I reviewed it. Turned into an utter shambles. Shelves being filled at random times, all the time. Can't get down the aisles properly and tripping over discard trolleys and boxes. Place looks dirty. Still use but not nice to go to. Hope it improves soon.

Did a click and collect order which went well. Some substitutions but acceptable. Went inside the store for a couple of things but found them okay and quickly through the self scan till. All in all a good experience

A really pleasant supermarket with friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked shelves and very clean.
