Lidl

Good new shop with the usual Lidl quality fresh fruit and veg and amazing bakery section. The isles are a bit cramped at busy times, but there always seems to be plenty of parking available.

I always enjoy a trip to Lidl. I used to shop in the one where I lived in Charlotte NC. This store is in Aylesbury Bucks. I found great value and choice. Got all that I needed on my list. The cashier was friendly and not a long queue. I didn’t take interior photos because too many customers!

Removal of the self service checkouts is a backwards step at a store on a main road, that was handy to pop into en route to somewhere else.
Apparently according to Lidl this is a national policy to allow them to employ more staff.

First time I ever went to this store. It has been open for business for a long time just I never was near it to ever use. I must say plenty of good parking. Parking bays are actually a perfect size no door bashing and can easily get in and out of the car.
The store is well stocked very clean easy to find items. I recommend this store to everybody

Removal of self check out is a pointless decision and has ruined the Lidl experience that I have enjoyed.

I mean it’s a Lidl, the staff are pretty nice, the shop is pretty clean and the stock isn’t too bad. I come here nearly every day, I’ll pop in and pick up some items, I probably spend more money in this store than anywhere else. Extremely convenient store that had pretty decent self service, sadly that has been taken away and in its place is another till.

Again I’m basically always in there, I have never seen all the tills manned at the same time.
Please for the love of Lidl, bring back the self service so I can come back to shopping here.

Genuinely though, bring it back.

I turned up 10 minutes before the store closed and a brunette lady refused me service and wouldn’t even let me walk in the door.

When I tried to enter a lady was locking the door and told me that they were closed. When I told her it said online that they closed at 5pm she said I had to have my stuff and pay ten minutes early, if this is the case it should be stated online and not say that the store stays open until 5pm.

Horrible service, will not be returning.

its really awesome...the products are priced very economically...has lot of space...we get almost all products and my favourite is the Crossaints there...its cheap and big tasty compared to other stores....

Clean, parking good, varied product range, bakery excellent.

But......minus one star, simply for their decision to remove the self service so it is now impossible to pop in quickly and grab lunch/snacks or a pizza in a rush.
