Always well stocked, clean and tidy. I love the fresh produce, lots of choice for a small shop. The flowers are always lovely. Meat and fish, large amount of different items, all very fresh. Dried goods, breads etc etc all excellent. A very nice and relaxed way to shop.

Even before I got into the shop someone who works there greeted me warmly and gave me a shopping trolley then at the checkout the cashier was friendly and wished me a happy weekend. I really like shopping here.
The quality of the food I bought was excellent, well laid out and not too expensive.
A very good, no an excellent shopping experience. Will recommend highly to friends and family.

I like this store its big clean friendly staff wheel chair friendy but a shame they dont have the special wheel chair trollys so had to juggle a basket on my knee whilst husband pushed me around so couldn't buy everything we wanted.
So thats disappointing please invest in wheel chair trolleys (,i mean the ones that clip to the wheel chair)
So you can be pushed around and do a proper shop

Very rude member of staff on the door, wasn’t even interested in helping with payment when asked. So rude, bad example for this shop.

The staff put me off shopping here. They are often discovered chatting out the back whilst check outs all closed and long queues waiting. Being told to put a trolly full of shopping through self service check out is ridiculous. The two older gentlemen who are sometimes on check outs are good but the rest couldnt care less.

Had a lovely experience today in m@s today the wonderful Kay helped my aged mum on the express check out and explained how to use it to help her in the future what a wonderful lady! Great start to the day

The 2 staff I dealt with were clueless about returns. 1 large girl with brown curly hair was so ignorant, she just couldn't grasp that returned goods do go missing (hence you are told to obtain proof of return otherwise what evidence do you have if they lose your package)?! Given their reviews on Trustpilot are terrible nowadays about M&S service I wanted something from them as proof of return in case they lost the goods I'd just handed over. She was that dense she even had a smug grin on her face as she thought I didn't understand how returns work which was hilarious. DOH!

Quality and nice food for everyone breakfast deals, lunchtime deals value for your money come the choices is yours. Freshly baked bread, cakes and varieties of ready meals.

Spacious, airy and tidy environment. Social distance maintained, sanitizing stations available, masks worn at all times. Professional and friendly staff ready to help at all times, self service checkouts. Free car park, Blue badge parking very bays close. Wheelchair accessible entrance.
