A typical supermarket

Limited selection of convenience but the cook section is good to have in the village.

An OK range for a small local garage supermarket, but it is very expensive. Almost rip off expensive.

Budgens is no longer a discount store as it was in the past. They've gone up market and so have their prices. Expect to pay a significant amount more for things like alcohol compared to supermarkets. I realise it's a convenience store. But the markup on alcohol and some other products is a bit over the top.

Just been ripped off at Budgens Aston Clinton . Two tiny pallets of blackberries ,mistake not pointed out for raspberries did not pick up two and got charged for two which when I got home I noticed and litres of milk.
Bill over ten pound I will drive the extra miles to Tesco’s from now on.
I expect to pay more but not double !!
