Nice clean store with friendly staff. I love the salad bar and the fact you can put it on the meal deal. 👍

To be honest I think I had always underrated Chester’s Morrisons. TESCO superstore has been my number go to when I want to buy household items. Of course ALDI remains my number one for food items. However, sister’s suggestion to go to Morrisons for the household items I needed today was received with plenty of doubt as to whether I would get the items but to my surprise items I never conceived I could get in Morrisons were all available that I have to confess to her that I had always underestimated Chester’s Morrisons. The funny thing is Morrisons is just 5 minutes walk away from me and TESCO Superstore is about 25minutes walk and I’d always opted for the latter but after today’s experience that’s about to change. I couldn’t take a lot of photos as I was over excited but in my next visit I will show you the possibilities at Chester Morrisons Store.

No sandwich 10 am!? even been told we can ask in back to be made a nasty lady in not very bad mannor refuse to make it and if theres none in front they dont make it after geting the manager she told him diffrent story that sh ask me to wait she will make it which she didnt just been rude the lady was off she always make it even she is on her own today three staff at 10am not jist they didnt make me one they done no sandwich since morning. been nice dosnt cost money and if one person could do it I am sure three staff can!? zero customer service

Just done big Xmas shop on Thursday evening and was seved on till 8 by the rudest person ever.. absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Not a pleasant word or a smile..and literally threw shopping into packing area. No customer service desk to make a complaint. Wont be back doing a big shop ever...come on Morrisons train your staff properly.

I went to the cafe today, very busy only 1 girl clearing tables and waiting. Some things that were ordered on the self-service machine were not in stock. Customers were hVi g to adj for tables to be cleated and wiped

Had fish and chips here on Wednesday afternoon. Chips were soggy and cold as if they'd been partly reheated. Mushy peas were cold and the fish batter was soggy and not properly cooked on the inside. Fish was actually cooked and tasted ok but nowhere as good as I've had in the past. Very disappointing

Great store like a small town, florist cafe dry cleaners and pharmacy as well as the cafe. Everything you need, and friendly staff to boot.
