Tesco Superstore

I would like to thank the very helpful staff at Tescos Langley Moor, with a special mention for Anna who helped me sort out my "wine offer" issue!! The staff are patient, polite and helpful when I've been a little stressed trying to get bags packed. The covid issues have made many everyday tasks difficult and different but with the great staff at Tescos Langley Moor I have managed to cope and get the weekly shopping done.
Thank you all very much.

My partner has held a club card for 8 years and we have emailed customer services and called into the Durham store spoke to the club membership and had no satisfaction at all..... customer loyalty means nothing to Tesco..... we are very disappointed and upset.

Shocking to leave poor Michael on by himself whilst the queue went past the top aisle... Where was this lads help? Where was the manager to help out.
He (Michael) handled it like a pro... Top lad, but an absolute disgrace

Be careful when going to this store twice in one day as the camera dosnt pick you up leaving the first time only picks you up leaving the second time then you get a fine through the post saying you over stayed as this has happened to a few people now iv spoke with management just got lied to they said I was the only one it has happened to so not good tesco you need to get rid of the faulty camera

Good local Tesco Metro where you can get most of what you need most of the time.

This Tesco superstore has a wide range of food and drinks available.
They also sell clothes, toys and electrical along with household items.
They have covid safety measures in place.
The staff are generally friendly and helpful.
If you need to get everything under one roof then this Tesco superstore is worth a visit.

Good variety of stock for daily requirements, great selection of alcohol.

There's fresh bread and sweet bakery goods done on site on a daily basis.

The vegan and veggie choices are good too. They currently have the "Beyond" burgers in stock in the frozen section along with the Quorn goods.

Stupidly long queues today and only two checkouts open. Manager was just swanning around and the lady on the checkout was spending ages packing everyone's bags.... If Tesco wants to compete with Aldi/Lidl then they need to provide similar speedy service
