Compared to other Waitrose I have visited in more central locations this is very well managed. Seems small from the outside but quite large and deep inside and I found everything I needed. The staff seem more pleasant and attentive than what you get in the Richmond and Twickenham area (must be less stress) and it is generally quieter too. Also they seem to discount quality food much earlier in the day, which makes it very good value.

Shopping at Waitrose is always a joy and never a chore! I am always inspired by shopping at any Waitrose but especially at this Weybridge store. Quality is top-notch. Staff are professional, polite and helpful. Thank you Waitrose!

It's only a small store but has good selection. But during covid they stopped the free coffee and now they have stopped the free news papers. I wasn't a big shopper there but I always spent the minimum to get a free paper and coffee but I won't be shopping there much anymore as its not convenient. I can't see that there is much benefit now of having a my waitress card.

Always had everything I have been looking for, well stocked and tidy store. Accessible parking at the back of the store which is handy. Not many staffed tills but never had an issue with queuing or understaffing so the system works well!

The partners are always cheerful and helpful. Rather a challenge for them with all the silly panic buying!
Not sure how old this review experience hasn't really changed much.
Fewer vegetables on the shelves, bizarrely fewer snacks too.
17th August 2022 - not a lot has changed. Everything is more expensive though. Ham that was 2 for £5 is now 2 for £6. Organic butter that was £2 is now £2.40. None of these increases published or justified. I sense a little profiteering. Making up for pandemic losses or just cashing in on the news that things are going to be more expensive?

Fresh products, clear label, staff is knowledgable about their products and offers, my favourite one being fresh fish with 20% discount on a Friday! The items I bought are lasting a week or more, making easy for me to get a weekly or forthrightly shopping, great for a busy family. There is also the additional pro of the quick check using their device to pay!
Waitrose also delivers and I tried their delivering service as well, which is great!

Free parking.
Nice clean supermarket.
They have a lot of stock, but don't carry as much as larger branches as it's not huge inside. There's a meat counter with videos of pigs on the tv screen on the wall. Also a Sushi bar. Very busy at lunchtime.
