Got ripped off in there, £50.

Bought the wrong top up card, came back to change it for the right one, got told no, and no, got told we have a sign in the aisle to show T&C's, then staff was unable to show me said sign. Then staff tried to argue some more, manager called, manager flexed the ''I've been a manager for 35 years'' line. Well that's cute, I've been a customer for 40. Kept bouncing me back to Sony, Sony bouncing me back to tescos.

Went to the bank and ordered cashback instead. Well done manager of 35 years, I cut my club card the same day, and never returned. Spent a whole lot of money elsewhere instead of being a customer for 41 years. Every little micro manager helps.

Seems as if going down hill. No butcher, no fishmonger and this afternoon, went to the mobile phone section (as I have a new phone) and asked the young lady there to help me change over the tesco sim for me, but she said she couldn’t help me as they were short staffed. I was the only customer at around 4 on a Monday afternoon. Disappointing.

Helpful till assistants despite management indifference to customers. Tesco corporate has lost the plot and become centralised and authoritarian. Shop floor staff also unhappy.

Big store, good stock levels, prices generally competitive, staff as helpful as is allowed. BUT Tesco now very centralised and staff have little or no authority to put things right, Tesco customer services generally much less responsive to customer concerns. They tend to say they are referring things to local store then nothing else happens. I reported a problem with a claimed Aldi price match recently, product was 30% more expensive and response from CS was, it did match Aldi prices once. Toilets often out of order, disinfection facilities often empty.

I would like to thank ALL the chemists and staff at this supermarkets chemist for their compassion, friendliness and hard work over the months that I had to visit often.
I currently no longer require any medication but miss those guys.
Be patient people, those guys don't stop !!

Phone line just tells me to do the appeal with the company, FYI that can take up to 35days.

Yeah like I don't have other things to worry about. Probably easier to just not shop at Tesco

It's not open 24 hours but they still good there I like shopping at night lots more time to look round don't get that no more tho if they did stay open like they ment to be 5 star agine now quick in and out don't like there gard he has a go at my son for taking in his scooter wow he only little and he push not useing it but it ok for electric scooter go in

Jan 2 , just been to Tesco Dover. Wow! Staff have done a wonderful job of making this store feel and look all fresh for the new year. Congratulations. Also, excellent customer service at my checkout!!
