The Staffs here are so lazy to use the tills so they tell you to use the self checkout and when your at the self checkout buying an item that is age restricted there's no staff around to approve it and there's a tall security guard that's always grumpy/miserable. I've shopped here couple of times the staffs worked here in the past were friendly and welcoming but now I don't enjoy shopping here

The worst customer service ever! I’ve been sent to self check out by security guy. I was the only customer in the shop with full basket, backpack and a nervous toddler in the stroller. As I was finishing my payment the seller arrived. She just stud there playing with the phone. I live in the area for 12 years and only use this shop as a super emergency shopping. They stuff always look like you bothering them!

No matter what time I visit most of the shelves and chiller seem half empty, this could be I'm just unlucky and they've had late deliveries on days I go, but there's always cages being unloaded to shelves like most locals so maybe they just don't have enough ordered.

Staff are not helpful, always too busy doing other things

Store itself is small ish for a local so not enough room for a massive range of produce.

Don't do click n collect from this store, all the managers really make you feel like you're a nuisance asking for your argos package.

Good enough for little bits when getting off tube but don't expect to be able to do a full shop

I wanna work in that Sainsbury. 90% staff are always talking on their phones. Was trying to ask questions about a product, he couldn’t help me as he was talking to his Wife/girlfriend, while I was trying to find out if he was going to reshelf with aurbegine, grapefruit and broccoli, the guy was restocking or atleast trying to while talking, he walked off toward the bakery. I followed him, thinking he was checking for me. I was wrong!!! He told whoever he was talking was on the phone with that the donuts she likes are all gone!!! Went the 2nd aisle, same thing, the gentleman who was me at to be working…talking on the phone. Then went to pay, the Asian lady was talking on the phone too and when my turn came to get served she was walked off without saying anything.
But she did come back after a few mins and I did manage get served eventually.
I wouldn’t go there if I can’t help it.

Small shop with just the basics. It's the only sainsbury round here. All the other named supermarkets are mostly Tesco and the co-op, and I do tend to prefer the co-op.
However, from what I could see, everything was fresh and clean, and it's right next to the tube station, so easy to pop in.
I do wish they wouldn't have their delivery vans making risky blind spots around Devons Road and 12 trees crescent tho!

Self service always has something wrong with at least one of them.
Also what is the point of having 4 main registers when there is only ever one person there, which is also insane in busy periods as the queues get big. Staff are pretty slow and seem lazy. Loads of times you go in and there are no baskets at the front.

Avoid at all costs and don’t bother picking up click and collect packages from here. Staff are horrible and make you feel like a nuisance while picking up your package. Does not deserve even a one star.

Awful service, very slow. Costa coffee machine isn't properly maintained, also they are constantly running out of paper pastry bags and replacing with plastic ones which is irresponsible for the environment. Someone should do something about this.

The store is heavily reliant on the self service kiosks of which there are only 3 and often they aren't working properly, leading to long queues, all in all everything in this store is very poorly run.
