Quite a convenient Waitrose store on London Bridge, maintained very well and stocked up all things. I find the space is a bit crammed and felt claustrophobic especially during peak hours.

There’s longer queues unfortunately during the peak times as the store mostly relies on self serving machines than the counter.

The store has two coffee machines too, which is a bonus(however mind you - you need to get your own mug if you are wishing to get a free coffee on your loyalty card)

Exceeding rude security! The members of staff who are too focused on reducing short dated items, meaning that customers can’t get the help they need. Very expensive and a very small range of products! Poor store layout making it very difficult for people with mobility issues. Definitely would not recommend visiting this Waitrose location!! AVOID

Unfortunately this branch of Little Waitrose is closing down shortly so use it while you can. It has a good range of products, including some non-food items, and was always my go-to supermarket after Sunday church at nearby St. Magnus the Martyr. The staff are always really nice and friendly too. I hope it is able to re-open once Lockdown restrictions come to an end.

Small shop but is okay for the area. I go there mainly for the desserts even though there is not much choice. But I know that they always have tiramisu, and that's what I am after. This particular shop seems to always have the same selection of food. Else, the shop is clean, staff are very friendly and I like going there.

My local Waitrose. The best Waitrose in my opinion. Friendly staffs who remember me and my baby. Wide range of products. Convenient location. Visit at least three times a week. Looking forward to shop more organic options.

Even though it's quite a small store, it has a great selection of beverages, sandwiches and salads.

Just noticed that this Waitrose has opened. Enjoyed shopping with a wide range of groceries available! The staffs are so friendly and gave me those flowers as gifts which made my day!

Refused service for a can of redbull at 2pm on a Saturday. The cashier wouldn’t accept my Australian license as proof of age and claimed “Challenge 25” and refused to let me buy it. Proof of age that I am over 21 for a redbull is ridiculous in itself, but the fact that he used alcohol and cigarette signage to prove his point? Unprofessional and embarrassing
