I went here a few days ago and it was a very nice place to go through. The staff are very friendly and help you find things in the store. The store features a self checkout and lots of regular staffed checkouts. The checkout was very swift and simple.

You either shop at M&S regularly or you don't. But if you are a nomadic shopper then put this shop on your list. It has a good variety of popular foods typical of M&S for the regulars and those popping in at the last minute. Courteous staff, but ignore the layout and tired look of the place. Please click like, if the info is useful to you. Enjoy.

Excellent service in store and choice of self/staff checkout. Mostly consideration shown by other shoppers not a given in other supermarkets Looking after customers with attention to covid. Great range of foodstuffs usually regularly replenished and some fresh items competitively priced. Parking at back and generally a pleasure to shop here.

So pleased to have this in Cranleigh. Excellent produce. Great staff who always help. The wine range is fair but not vast. The frozen section is a little on the small side. Top up shops are probably best here a full weeks shop for a family is not best served here. Fresh flowers have saved me from forgetting key gifting occasions in the past. Plenty of hand sanitizer at front door so you can cleanse on way in and out.

Good size store but to be honest could be larger. The aisles are a tight squeeze when busy but the plus side is that does have self service and regular tills. Parking available behind the store and you get the ticket price back when you spend in store.

I was utterly disgusted by the service of the lady on the customer service desk this morning, I was made to stand there for 5 minutes holding my 7 month old baby whilst she had a chat with a gentleman all about her 80 year old mother who had a stroke and was in the local nursing home! All I wanted to do was swap some money so I had a pound for a trolley. Mary however at at least half the age of the other lady was fantastic and although she was busy sorting something out with another lady she at least had the common sense and courtesy to help me out and apologies for my having to wait, if I wasn't local and knew that this was not the normal service to expect I wouldn't return here. Mary your a credit to the store and the 5 stars are for you and the lovely lady on the checkout ☺

This is a great shop for a great range of best quality food. Great, patient staff too!
Barcodes on packs are very small and concealed...not like Lidl!
Sandwiches although dated early, bread can be stale.

I used to be able to eat 90% of their food and now they stock next to nothing for people with a dairy allergy. I can no longer eat all but 2 salads as they now contain cows milk. What is going on.the cheeses there was 1 I could eat and I think that they now no longer care about people with allergies. There is not 1 sandwich I can eat please please go back to your old ways where I can shop with ease and not take an hour to to find my tea which should only take 5 minutes
