This is a very dirty shop. Water on the floor. Boxes and trolleys block access to the shelves with goods. There is a mess on the shelves. The prices do not match the products. Often, groceries are past their use-by date. The staff are very rude and even aggressive. They don't wear a name tag so it's hard to tell who's who.
One of the worst stores in London. Terrible. They bring shame to the entire company.

Today I went to get baby milk on my bike. AS soon I entered one member shouted "hello hello" take you bike out. I requested. Brother please I just need milk and I am out as I don't have bike lock. He told me he doesn't care otherwise you not getting nothing.I also explained if someone steals it no one will take responsibility. He again said it not his problem. His answered really made me angry.i understand he was making me to follow policy while he had headphones on talking on the phone. My circumstances were totally exceptional but he didn't care. However Security officer helped me. When I finished I did tell him look it took less than 20 seconds. he continued mumbling and grinning like he achieved something. Really not a good experience. And made me swear.
Is this every little helps mean?
Does using phone is part of following your work Policies?

Every, EVERY time I buy my favourite ice cream in this particular Tesco branch, it’s the same story: they must leave the boxes out of the freezer for hours when they receive them as the ice cream is COMPLETELY melted.
Whether is out of laziness, carelessness or other reasons, it’s awful. I can’t even take it back as I bought it a week ago and kept in the freezer since then.

Not meeting Tesco quality standards at all, I am really surprised! Don't they do any quality check to their stores?
- the store is not clean and there is always trolley in the middle blocking access to some shelves
- bakery station is a mess and the croissant is always overcooked or burned
- the selection inside is not great
They really need to sort out this store

Instead of pointless "Merry Christmas" on the windows (that no one cares about) why don't you put a note asking customers to switch off the engines while waiting in the car? The toxic fumes are a real health hazard and everytime I pass I can see a cloud of toxic combustion right outside Tesco. Please, rethink what you put on your windows and actually put something usuful.

Security guard stood watching me pay on the self checkout, watched me click "no receipt required", then still interrogated me at the door and accused me of shoplifting.

I suggested we go to the cashier so they can pull the self service logs up, and he continued to insist to see the non existent receipt another 3 times before telling me never mind.

People working there don’t know anything about product and they pretending like they own the store I ask one of the staff about elderflower he don’t know what was that and when i tell him to check with another staff he is pretending like he is working for tesco and he knew everything and the product like elderflower doesn’t exist even i went to buy a fruits at 9Am in a morning store was not ready as a staff is busy to using phone and stocks were there in the cages on the flour when I ask them to get me a banana from cage he relied it’s not ready come when we fill in self. Tesco has to look in to staff of this store
