Early morning visit to the store. Before purchasing I needed some advice and as the changing room was quiet I was pleased that someone was free to help. The member of staff could not have been more helpful and obliging. Lily was friendly and professional and is a credit to the store.Well done Lily.

Yes good but why is the food in the basement at M and S and why are there doors that look like doors but they are alarmed and only emergency exit doors? Why do I have to go into the self check out and check out and walk the same way I came past people waiting in line for the check out. Dumb design folks. It’s dumb.

Apparently they do not sell any bags/ handbags.. at least the 3 members of staff who I asked had no idea where they could be in the shop.. one of them just walked away (appearing annoyed that I bothered her) without even telling me if she is going go to find out or not.. after waiting for a little while I also left without buying anything. Not likely to return as plenty of other shops around.

Thanks jack as team, popped in here after traipsing around looking for a cafe. Stopped in to have a scone and coffee. We had been waiting a while and Jack the manager kindly gave the kids an extra carton. Thanks very much and the scone was yum yum. 👍

Great shopping experience with plenty of different clothing for all family members based over 4 floors,
And a lovely food hall located in the basement,
Top floor has a great cafe with a small outside terrace which overlooks Exeter high street,
The only downside is I don't think they sell toys??
But overall a great shop which also has different entry/exit points for different areas of Exeter

Collecting Travel money at the Exeter High Street branch Bureau was excellent.
Lynn B was more than helpful and absolutely charming, she's a real asset to the Branch.

They have recently re-introduced homeware, hurrah! The selection isn't huge, but they have both towels and bedding. It's upstairs by the escalator.
