Waitrose & Partners Horley

Store is always very clean and spacious. Stocks a good range of produce, despite not being one of the biggest Waitrose stores. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

The supermarket is just 5min away from the Horley train station. It has good variety of bakery products, wines and other hard drinks. The prices of fruits were quite high. I bought lemon ginger yoghurt and Belgian Dark Chocolate with Hazelnuts. Loved the quality and taste.
Overall for buying daily use stuff, I found it expensive.

Brilliant shop, the team are always happy to help had to go in for shopping and wasn't sure on where anything was as just moved to the area, Susan H (cant remember her full name) she spotted my family and myself struggling to find things and came over and checked on us and helped us even while seeming busy but still helped get everything we needed and even managed to upsell a few items, party dips etc thanks for all the amazing help and hope to see you again on our next visit, thanks for going above and beyond top notch customer service you deserve to be running that place thanks a million 😊

We were in the store in Horley and I would like to thank Charlotte for the Pink Roses that she so kindly donated on behalf of the store for my Afternoon tea for Breast Cancer Now.

Lovely experience but I do think the fresh rolls and fresh bread needs a see through lid that you can lift up and help yourself. The man next to me was deciding which rolls to buy and was coughing all over the exposed bread. I had to walk away and not buy fresh rolls on this occasion. Very concerned about hygiene factor. Waitrose need to review this urgently.

Waitross is always a nice and well laid out store and staff are very helpful. Good range of quality products

Ok shop.. Some of the staff are unfriendly and unhappy and unhelpful. Not always a nice shopping experience. Because of the way the staff behave.

The pork and apple sausage roll I just had rocked my world 🤤! My compliments to the chef.
