Sainsbury's

Loads of stock of food available with great fruit and veg. Food always tastes fresh and has great flavour too! The staff are always amazing and really friendly. The store is clean and the staff know where everything is.

Parking is great with lots available and very accessible. Electric spots, spots for parents with children and disabled parking all available and easily accessible.

The pharmacy is the only let down with the staff being very slow and not overly helpful however great range of prescription medications.

Great supermarket well laid out friendly staff. The fruits and vegetables are of good quality, fresh and reasonably priced for the quality you get. The aisles are mostly full with lots of options to choose from. Self checkout easy to use also the scan and go app service is great.

This is a very big and clean Sainsbury’s at Charlton and it has home and clothing section. It really needs time to explore. A little Argos is inside the store (near toy section), too. It has very good sections of food, drink and frozen products.
Checkout is easy because they have a lot of self service tills. The staff are ok.
A lot of parking spaces are available.

I’m usually a fan and we always favours Sainsbury’s but our last visit was terrible-two check out staff and heaps of customers! Need to do a lot better at Xmas. The auto checkouts continually fail and require assistance. It took us 20 minutes to shop and nearly an hour to get out the door! A Rubbish experience when we spect 240 pounds.

Good chiller filled with meal deal variety but a shame its over £3.00.

Clean and good size store with everything you need. However staff can be hit and miss.

I purchased an item that was on offer but it had the original price and was not reduced. I notified the self check out assistant and she rudely said I would need to go back to where I got it from and take a photo as she is not physically allowed to leave the area.

My mother visited and she needed to change her bag for life and a colleague said they are no longer recycling/swapping bags. I then had to contact head office regarding this and the advisor informed me that I should still be able to swap this.

Overall staff need to be consistent and deliver good customer service. As a customer, I have experienced varied service from Sainsbury’s staff.

I like this shop as it feels spacious,with nice wide aisles and room to get round. Even when it's really busy it doesn't feel squashed like some shops do. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, it makes shopping a bit easier.

A large supermarket with an extensive and varied range of items for sale from groceries to clothes to appliances. You can get some really good deals and normally find what you are looking for. The food is of excellent quality.
