This store very frequently has item listed as on multi buy offers etc. But they don't work at the till, on more than on occasion I have had to contest prices on items that are supposed to be on offer (drinks cabinet is one of the biggest problem areas) but next time I go in, same thing happens. Very dishonest business practices

On the 24 June my mum and aunty where having trouble with pushing a wheelchair and a trolley while shopping.
A lady, they think a manager, came and helped them. She ended up getting all their shopping for them. She helped pushing the wheelchair for my mum. She was so kind and nothing was to much
You are a credit to the store and thank you for all you have done.

Super friendly and helpful staff, went above and beyond to help a lost family from London.

Stock can sometimes be hit and miss but staff always friendly locak faces who are happy to help stores always clean can't blame stock on store they don't load the trucks

Burnham's original supermarket has adequate parking and a good range of groceries and alcohol. There is also a clothes business and a pharmacy on this site.
