Till was busy so went to the self check out it was locked and had to ask for it to be unlocked, a member of staff walked past and I asked, could you unlock this please, she said , I’m going to the toilet your have to wait! A,What ? Even a customer using another checkout said, OMG I thought she was joking,an absolute disgrace!!! I know people say I won’t go there again, but I will never step foot in that Tesco Express burnham on crouch Essex ever again, I’d sooner starve!

Staff are always friendly and hard working, sometimes products can be lacking but 9/10 times you get what you came for. Handy shop, lucky to live close by! The introduction of the new Evri machine is also very useful!

The speed at which this store has gone downhill is shocking. Messy, unwelcoming and rarely has what you need. A complete waste of space.

store doesn't take cash anymore

Tesco staff working very hard l can see,service is great.but
outside car park is looks like nobody clean,,,
Tesco car park is just Burnham-on-Crouch most dirty placeand
this is SHAME FOR ESSEX TESCO MANAGER.
Why not employ somebody to do cleaning job?????

Beer, wine, coffee, croissants, bread, salad, pizzas, milk, toothpaste and soap.

That is the point of this shop...
