We popped in here today after we looked around the shops at rugby town centre as we live in milton Keynes this store looked abit like bletchley at the front at this store the staff were helpful and friendly great selection of products and foodstuff the toilets were clean and nice we only went to 2 isles as we only needed a couple of things like 3 bottles of fizzy and 2 packs of crisps it was well stacked up and great service

Nothing to complain about the shopping experience. Their usual security is always approachable and professional. Today I witnessed a nice gesture towards a customer. As she was leaving the store with hands full of products, he stopped her and offered her a bag. This is the extra mile for exceptional customer service.

My 25 year love affair has come to pass. For years I have enjoyed quality, value and choice in one convenient location.
What is the experience like now?
I threw some cauliflower out the other week, Tesco were selling some in a worse state than I threw out! The growth of online shopping means that most of the staff are clogging up the aisles, without any consideration for shoppers and few of the checkouts are available. I'm not queueing three deep down the aisle!
The bakery used to be good, not any more. The butcher counter used to have some good offers, closed. I used to like the deli counter, gone. I started to buy the uncooked ham, which was good, now the choices on that have gone.
The one star is for the extra available parking spaces, I guess I'm not the only one who has had enough.

Shopping in the Rugby store is not a good experience. The store is pretty run down and it's not uncommon to find items on the shelves without a price (PG tips tea bags today). The aisles are often full of personal shoppers and on Saturday mornings there is never enough tills open often with queues going down the aisles. Time to try Aldi!

Not very busy after 10.30 am on a Thursday woohoo.
Ladies toilets are always having issues with people not flushing their filth and broken toilet roll holders. The woman does her cleaning job well so she's no to blame.

Convenient location. Like most supermarkets prices fluctuate. Prices can be misleading due to items placed on wrong shelves. Pleasant staff and mostly helpful staff

This is a nice tesco, easy to get to when you travel along the canal.
I really like the clothes part too. I got some bargain bits in the sale, 1 top i didnt even know it was half price. Love it when that happens.
Have enjoyed my visits so far.

consumer rights are violated in the store. on the shelf, the product price is displayed as 0.70 but at the checkout they try to make you pay 1.55. When you try to argue about the price on display, they make you wait 15 minutes to tell you that the price is for a different product. instead of apologizing and selling it at the price on shelf... but if someone is not from Europe, it's normal for them ...
