Staff always cheerful and hel9ful. Good bargains to be had

Decided to order a same day online delivery. Whilst the driver Colin was lovely & helpful, same can not be said for the utterly ridiculous bags my shopping was placed in. Whilst trying to carry my shopping into my kitchen, my shopping kept spilling out of the bags onto the floor #NotImpressed 😠

Was slightly busy. Getting there shopping in, & probably best get the shopping in . Before Christmas.

Very cramped hard to shop in wheelchair, very depressing. Nothing much changes , security convinced your on the Rob, because I put a multi pack of pop on the footplate.
Really needs looking at width of aisles .
Update Dec 2022, given it's Christmas the selection was poor. Aisles are narrow anyway but worse with staff chatting whilst hanging off metal cages in the middle.

This store is being left to rot whilst the chairman is on question time!

Used to be a decent shop for bargain foods used to get very busy busy now it has gone very quiet food gone very expensive

I understand the concept of good customer service but, stood in the queue this afternoon was beyond a joke as Allison spent more time chatting with her customer. It was a painful process as each item was scanned slowly and then they had a conversation about the books they were reading. I was actually glad to get out of there and from now on I’ll use the store on North Road as never an issue in there.

Plenty of choice.friendly staff..nice and clean.

Hotel was nice bed was very comfortable and room was nice and clean to. Although our room was right outside a nursery so it was very noisy from very early heating didnt work radiators needed bleeding. Breakfast was in a bag but very nice with warm croissants. The guy on repecption couldn't do enough and was literally doing everything himself top guy so thank you very much.
