Very rude and abusive towards customer. I was entering store and person was leaving so I moved out the way so customer can leave while colleague was also sweeping the floor, as I tried enter store I tripped over water bottles and store owners where very rude to me instead of apologising for me having an accident they where very rude saying why did i move item and not place it to the side again. Threatened me saying what can I do this is his store they can do what ever they want and can treat customers bad if they want to nothing will happen they own the store so they can do what they want

The owner/staff is really friendly and the prices are totally ok for such a small shop. I wouldn't do my weekly groceries shopping there but it is just perfect if you are living close by and have forgotten to buy something. Furthermore, the opening hours are perfect

Went into the shop to buy gas and electric, £50 on both, my girlfriend and I buy it from there all the time with other items but today theres a £1 charge on a cash buy! I'm sure that's not right. I'll be finding out more and reporting this to the payment company to see if its allowed..
They have lost a customer and I live 2 mins away.. worth the £1?

I remember their master abilities few years ago in selling black beer and Gino's pizzas for 1pound. Genius of shopping! Always in my heart!

Ive been purchasing from this shop for nearly 8 years now. I do not have any issues with the employees. My only problem is that they often charge my mom 50p for below £5. It is illegal now to do that since January 2018. When I want to top up my gas card I need to take cash out and pay like this otherwise they charge me £1 extra for card payment, probably also illegal. Next time this happens I will record the situation with a hidden camera and send it to the right authorities.

I'd love to give 0 star if I can. Avoid this shop at all cost. If you look new to Paypoint, they will tell some nonsense like there's £1 charge per every £100.

Avoid this place! Guy tried to charge me £2.50 for paypoint electric! What a joke. Making up random figures. If you don't want to have the paypoint then just get rid of it!
