Iceland Supermarket Hatfield

Quite a nice store... Not enough staff on the till as usual. Disabled access limited at my wide wheelchair does not fit out of the exit door so I have to have someone go out the exit and to the entrance to activate the door so I can leave by the entrance.

I've shopped in this Iceland for over 20Years and I'm very disappointed in Iceland as a company as the Manager (JASON)that Iceland,Have at this store at the moment has drove good Staff away that have worked in this store for over 25years. I will also be avoiding this Iceland Store aswell until Iceland Head Office do something about this Manager as he is Rude and should not be a Manager of any shop as he has not got any Customer Service experience. I have complained to Head Office about the Manager (Jason) and I'm not the only person that has complained but Iceland make me laugh as they would rather lose staff that have worked for the company for 25years or more which have far better experience with the customers and the Store. If Iceland don't sort this out soon I can see alot more customers complaining about him and more Staff walking away from the company. This used to be a lovely store always well stocked and kept very clean and tidy and Since (Jason) has been Manager the Store has gone down hill. So until Iceland appoint a New Manager that has experience of Managing a store then I will not be shopping with your company. I can only speak from personal experience but I never had any problems in this store before until Jason became Manager and I get on well with all the Staff even the New Staff as they are all very polite and friendly it's just the Management that needs to change and then I might consider shopping back in this Iceland again.

A good range of own label and well known frozen products. Non food items also available. Competitive prices and free delivery on orders over £35. Online ordering easy through Internet, delivery was in time window quoted.
Not able to order using app as none available yet. Overall rating 'very good.

Your site says Hatfield Iceland is open at 8am, your site also says its open,but its not open until 9am, it also says it on the door.as I found out by going there at 8am.

It's a Good Store where you can frozen foods at a reasonable price.

Can get pretty busy in the weekends. But really clam in the week days and great offer regularly. I just felt more staff is required so that we can clear our questions more quickly.

Went this morning g for last few bits more than I really went in for got to till and asked if I wanted delivery this was 12 o clock it was delivered by 1 such lovely service on Christmas eve as well as rest of year

You will find all sort of frozen foods. Their Duck Rolls are tasty 😋
