Staff refuse to take paper 5 pound notes, saying it's not legal tender, staff also refused to cash us out demanding that we used self serve. They did it in a very rude way also. Good prices on foods and groceries. Good selection, great location, and great hours. Store shelves were always stocked and lanes were clean.

I found bones in a fish pie. Phoned head office and was told to bring to store to be sent to them. Spent 30mins in store doing this. 2months went by and 3 visits to the store before they sent it to HO. They obviously dpnt care if someone chokes on their food. Really Really bad customer service. Serious issues like this should be important to managers at the store but it seems not. I had a bag that looked like a rat had clawed it open from another Tesco, staff tried to tell me I did it. Rats in their store room didn't bother them, rather think a customer who shopped there 10-15 times a week is scamming them. I will use M&S in future. Better food better service and better customer service.

Nice and helpful staff down there. However bakery section is not able provide fresh breads when they open.
Usually in many supermarkets before they opening, fresh pastry and breads available already. For example, on Sunday morning at 7a.m.((Tesco opens 6.a.m.). There is no breads and pastries available and they throwing old breads which they should have done night before...

Rudest staff member on the tills today (17/01) at 4.30ish. I was doing the self check out as only 1 person on the tills and a huge line. I had put my card and pin in and I was waiting to take my card out after I had packed my belongings into my rucksack. The cashier then accused me of bagging items I had not paid for. After I had to show and explain she was wrong, she looked away without apologising. This was early embarrassing for me and it has put me off going back. I would rather stick to Sainsburys down the road

Fairly bad experience. On entering the security guard was polite. However the shop was disordered and untidy. We attempted to buy oat milk, baby spinach and nachos. At the till the lady didn't seem pleased to deal with us. She refused to sell us the spinach, despite it seeming to be the last packet of salad leaves, of any type in the shop, because it was out of date (apparently they couldn't even give it to us it had to be thrown away) and we were not asked for our club card, so were effectively charged the incorrect price for the oat milk.

The staff are savvy yet capable; I like this Tesco and it's all down to the team. They've served through trying conditions and still pretend to enjoy my awful jokes.

staff is kind and friendly. I have asked several times where to find something and they would even stop what they're doing to help me. the shop is a little small and product range is limited which you would expect as this is an Express
