Tesco Superstore

This store is disgusting. Assistants come to you to argue and then insultate you and then they pretend that you were wrong. They are very rude at self-service. No way to keep these kind of assistants in the future. They are not a great help for shoppers just take down the level of quality of Tescos.

The staff are always friendly and personable, making an effort to say hello to my child and to smile! I have found this store to always be well stocked, it’s clean and spacious, only issue I have had is toilets not always available! Other than that the produce is fresh the bakery is delightful and I always find a bargain!

Great Tesco's located just of the A3 by Guilford, all the usual that you would expect with a Tesco's. Harris and Hoole coffee shop located inside the store, that's always a bonus. This store needs a Tesco's petrol station, its asame they don't have one.

The best supermarket the UK has to offer. I often come here, with my dad, to do some independent shopping. They have a load of some of my favourite items to look and buy, and its staff members were very reliable, kind, and helpful. One of them looked after my shopping when I was supposed to get some cheese-feast pizzas for my independent shopping.

I don't normally go to Tescos I am a sainsburys girl, I know why now ! I went to Tescos in Guildford this morning and I think the staff are rude wandering around I asked for help with my shopping as machine not working and 3 members of staff walking around in their own worlds totally ignoring me, I stood there for 15 minutes before someone finally came to me, I told her that I had to go to work and none of the staff were helpful
All she did was muttered something under her breath and no apology at all, they bashed my fruit around I said be carful as they will bruise. I have not had this at done other Tescos but I do find the staff at Guildford are really Wisly washy.
Will not be visiting again

Used their gents toilet today. Absolutely vile! Toilet paper and water all over the floor. Told a staff member but didn't seem to care. Health hazard.

Friendly helpful staff. A good range of products, including foreign ingredients. Household items electrical and clothing. Good produce and a nice bakery. They also have a lovely fish counter and fresh sushi. The pharmacy is also very handy. Generally, all very high quality and very competitively priced, which works very well with the club card. The only issues are that firstly, I find you need to keep an eye on the use by dates, and secondly, the disabled parking isn't monitored very closely and is frequently abused by the thoughtless less desirable members of the community which can cause problems for blue badge holders like myself.

I have used this tesco everyday as I live a two min walk away and I can honestly say over the last couple years I feel the quality of the fresh veg has rapidly gone down hill. The onions are always mushy and cabbage is rotten on the inside,the list is so long so I won't bore you and most of the staff are on their phones,I waited for ages at the customer service counter while a member of staff was showing photos of something to another member of staff. I go into Guildford now for my shop. Very disappointed
