Morrisons

First visit since the demise of Safeway. Not very impressed. No small trolleys, just the large family ones. Great start to a shop 🙄. Once inside it's very, very claustrophobic. They have packed so much into the store, they have forgotten about the customers. On top of the small isles, there are table after table of their own bakery and produce offers. It makes matters worse. On top of that, there's staff with cages, filling shelves. Just as well they had no trolleys. My basket had two items in it, and I wanted out of there. It was not that busy, but I can understand why. I will give this store a miss in future.

Average standard Morrisons supermarket.
Only a mid size one so later in the day often out of the items I need, mid morning is best time to get everything in one go but it's busier.

Used to be a fantastic supermarket for variety of cooking ingredients, such as pulses, grains, flour, spices, herbs and ingredients from all cuisines and have a market food hall style of shopping. Now unfortunately it doesn't and has a very reduced range of products available. Disappointing.

Bargains to be had if you look around. I bought 8 pack sausages for £1 and 8 pack bacon for £1.15 name brands are 3 times the price, the quality of the home brands is good. This shop also houses a pharmacy which is handy.

There are free parking here, no issues.
The staff were kind and I liked them.

Man working in the bakery area, had the dirtiest hi-vis jacket I have ever seen, and I work in construction. Not only is a dirty hi-vis discussing and surley a health risk, but they're also dangerous!
