Great shop in town with clothing, food, homeware, children’s clothes and much more.

I only went in to use toilet facilities! They were clean and in good repair. Shop itself was not busy at all; except for the food hall which is always busy.

Nice store, clean and well stocked, staff very friendly and polite.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, Caroline helped with bra fitting service, patient and understanding and didn't feel rushed even though I hadn't made an appointment. Left store feeling reassured and happy with assistance to buy correct products, many thanks 🙂

You know where you are with shops like this branch of M&S, nothing really changes for better or worse, it’s just reliably good.

The store was very hot though, so we did what we had to do and left.

Cafe has no white toast at 9:30 on a weekday morning. In an empty cafe I had to queue behind a staff member collecting staff drinks. A few days ago, on Sunday, when the King was being proclaimed, I queued for 30 minutes only to find there was no food. Just avoid.

Absolutely love their food section.
