Pathetic service - they are more interested in having a 5 minute chat than serve the queuing customers. Not all of us have the luxury of being retired and do not want to spend our precious lunch breaks waiting unnecessarily. A little tip for the future - if there are a dozen customers waiting, stop having an idle chit-chat and serve them!
