Marks and Spencer

Came to M&S Cafe this morning looking forward to breakfast. Ordered poached eggs & avocado on toast, when it came it looked fantastic. The poached eggs were perfect but sadly the avacado was so cold like it came out of a freezer and a little under ripe. Like a true Brit I didn’t send it back🙄 and really regret that. I hope someone from customer services picks this up and takes it as feedback.

I'll give the canteen 2 stars because the staff are great. As for the food. No vegetarian breakfast option, no tomatoes or hash browns. These are clearly budget options available. Something that never used to happen with M&S.

Lovely shop. I all ways go there .bought some items. But the que to get served was massive. So I left with nothing. Went to next no ques.

This could and should have been a good place to shop for ladies clothing. It wasn't. Shop clean, tidy and well set out. Good parking. BUT asking for assistance from a member of staff delivered a less than pleasant response. Perhaps being a male amongst the female clothing range was unacceptable,who knows.

Staff were lovely, poached eggs on toast was 2 eggs and 1 small bit of toast, not great for nearly £5 but the one reason i will not be back is due to some very awful, rude, hurtful, vile people. I have always cared and respected the older generation, but these 4 people where horrendous. They commented on my size as I walked in, then openly said "she doesn't need a diet she needs her throat sliced" then continued to disrespect anyone in a council home. I have never been so hurt in my life. I will point out this shop caters for my size so I am not that much bigger than average, so god help anyone that is larger and fancies food here, with these vile people sat in here. Clearly regular clients.

So I ordered a item on line to collect from the Tamworth store.I received a email to say it was ready to collect and went to pick up the item but the staff couldn't find it.30 mins or so later a young lady HOLLIE came and apologised and asked if I'd be happy to pick another one from store and my online order would be refunded.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to a lovely individual who helped us out yesterday at this store. Sally was incredibly patient and helpful when we had trouble processing it payment for quite a large shop in the food hall (which caused us to have to stop and find our phone we’d misplaced in the entrance!) She was a really kind and out us at ease, helping move our shopping over until we got it sorted. Thanks so much. Chris and Shell.

Really helpful staff - they bend over backwards to help. Great quality food, as you'd expect. Shopping here is a delight.
