The signs above the aisles do not correspond to the actual aisles themselves, for example, today I purchased a multipack of Walkers Crisps from the Laundry Detergent aisle, and bizarrely the laundry detergent was under "snacks" two aisles down...?!
The pricing in the meal deal section is misleading, despite the shelf clearly stating "Meal Deal for £3.50 or less" and each drink price label being red, many drinks are not included. I appreciate the top sign says "see shelf for included products", but that's not how humans perceive things, we're impulsive beings (especially at lunch time) we look for colours, banners and large text, not small text on the price label that shares the same red colour, and I'm sure Sainsbury's knows this. I do wonder how many people overspend thanks to this misleading marketing.
Staff take quite a long time to come and assist you at the self checkout, despite two of assistants literally just standing chatting to each other for a good minute (no other checkouts required assistance).

This is a large Sainsbury’s with good clothing and homeware sections, however, I would like to see a bit more everyday tech in stock. I literally bought the last mouse! The store is tidy and the staff friendly, good humoured, and supportive. Today when I visited, some staff and customers seemed a bit unhappy that it was rather colder than it should be in the store, but apart from that everything was hunky dory. Parking is easy, and there seem to be plenty of trolleys. However, entering and exiting the store by car is confusing if you don't know the roads. A little more signage would help.

Sainsburys has finally sorted out its re arranging still not good that the chemist has been removed from the shop that is a down side that if I want over the counter medicines I can't get it l at the same time as my shopping..
Most of the time it is clean and tidy but outside is as important as inside!
My bug bear at the moment that the 'offers' on my nectar card are quite hard to get and doesn't always reflect my shopping..
Not enough staff at checkout or self service.. if you want us to do your job untrained and unpaid then make it easier, and don't treat me like a thief when you are doing your item check to make sure I have scanned and paid correctly. IF you don't trust the shopper then put the cashiers back in !

Nipped into Sainsburys to collect an item from the in-store Argos. Ended up perusing the clothes section for my daughter. Reasonable range of clothing. Rest of the supermarket much like any other. Staff professional at the tills and relatively speedy.

Ladies toilets disgusting. Complained last time I visited but nothing has changed. Two out of the four toilets were out of order(as was the disabled!). No paper in the available toilets. Honestly I'm going to have to stop shopping here because I live a distance away. The signed and checked cleaning rota for the loos has also disappeared. Does that mean that they aren't cleaned regularly? M and S across the road never have any issues with their loos. PLEASE sort out.

I went yesterday to do a bit of shopping with my daughter. She is 2, needed a nappy change, we went to the toilet and I saw that in the entry to the toilets is a picture of what I understand is a baby change or a baby room. I looked for it, and there is none.
I could understand that, you are advertising that there is a baby room but you haven't got one, but does your staff had to be rude about it? Sorry if I'm asking for a lot.

I went there yesterday and found the excellent Staropramen bier @ £1.90 per bottle 660ml. I have been buying this from the Co op "on offer" @ £4.20 for 2 and I thought that was good. Sainbury's from now on for bottled bier, most were £1.90. The down side is that my usual 18 pack of Stella 440ml was way over priced @ £17 !!!! Usually available elsewhere around £13-£14 per pack.

While shopping in store is okay, their online grocery shopping is appalling. I will no longer buy my groceries online from Sainsbury, and that is because where there have been problems such as damaged items, items that smell off, or very short use by dates, Sainsbury refuses to refund your payment card. They claim they will credit your online account towards your next shop, but they often fail to do this. So you're just ripped off. time and again. Not on. I had also been promised a £10 "apology" credit to my online account, and it was there for around 2 days, and then it was removed without them even notifying me. Another thing that happened was that I had ordered two packs of the cheapest water bottles, and said I'd acccept subs, and they subbed with water that was TWICE the price, and when I phoned to complain, they refused to do anything, and I had to take the water to the local store to get my money back. ASDA don't pull **** like this, neither do Tescos. So I'm going with them instead.
