went in on january 1st to buy organic milk as not stocked in sainsburys, wasn't stocked here either but strange service you'd better check your receipt carefully before you leave. Was 49p short, it's not the money it's the attitude.

I am chauffeur as a results fuel consumption is higher than normal motorists.mostly uses bp or shell for refueling my car.
Little Waitrose offers customer with loyalty card can have cup of tea or coffee on them as long as minimum purchase of €30 and over.i purchased €94 yesterday.i went to pay and asked if i can have cup of latte?
Lady on the checkout refused!she also reminds me that Waitrose stop doing this service since Feb 2022. I didn't say anything however well surprised for this strange customer service as i have had coffee from another Little Waitrose last week and week before.
I am not sure this is only for this Oxford branch?

The person on the till was unhelpful, using my shell reward point but says doesn't scan, ask if can he info it manually , said just go to the other branch, pay my petrol at other branch, a bit rude!!!

Love shopping here when needing something specific.
