Sainsbury is a fantastic store. It is a well stocked, clean, pleasant place to shop. Reasonable prices. Fresh produce. Substantial variety of goods. Clothes section is extremely affordable for the entire family. The quality is exceptional for the price.

Decent store, plenty of product to choose from, prices were ok. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. My only negative observation was, they seem to have a shortage of smart shop hand scanners.

A huge supermarket with a huge warrieties home appliances, clothing and fresh vegetables plus fruits, all staff are so helpful in searching of items not located by customers

I went it to collect an online order. The assistant could not locate the parcel. It was returned to the warehouse. I had sent my husband to collect the same parcel the week before. He was sent home with 1 of 2 parcels. The assistant was adamant they were both in the same bag. They were not!! We had two order numbers. I was disappointed as these were purchased on promotion with 20% off. The offer has now gone, so if I want to buy them again I will lose the discount. I left disappointed 😞

We felt extremely disgusted and unpleasant feeling every time we visit this local store. We treated like a shoplifters and criminal, the securities are keep following and watching us all the time in the four corner of the store. This is a sign of racism and discrimination which is unacceptable. Because of our asian origins they immediately judges us and they thought we can’t afford to buy an expensive things. Excuse me government hired us to work in UK as a registered healthcare profession.. Millions of us work as a PROFESSIONAL here in UK not a benefits seekers. We have a large multiple asian group and this events Must be disseminate to our community.

It is a smaller branch of Sainsbury's supermarket chains. At the time of visit they did not stock the special offers I went there to take advantage of. Unfortunatley, the floor colleagues I approached aboit it did not make much of an effort to accommodate my request.
