Large Asda store with huge car park and petrol station on the site. The store itself is great. But customer always face few issues.
1.Beggars and druggies always welcome you, asking for change and making you feel generally uncomfortable.
2.organised shelves without of stock
3.Staff at self-checkout area need training and education to be professional.
4.Customer service is awful as usual. Always long queue and only1 staff member with no respect and manners.
5. Timpson is worse than Asda. If I could award zero stars I would.
6. Shopping trolley 🛒 always full with rubbish
7. Long queue on customer service and only one person serving with awful manners. Customer service is
Totally rubbish.
Worst supermarket in the town.

Normally i have an okay experience at this store. However, me and my friend have been attending this shop weekly and every time we go there are no trollies. Those who are handicapped will not be able to hunt round the massive car park to find one. This is unacceptable and should be sorted asap. Secondly there is always a shortage of £1 ASDA pizzas and mozzarella dippers - i understand stocks may be running low, but i’ve attended on a number of occasions on different days and there is no change. Fix this please.

Good luck finding a shopping trolley. Wait to pay for ages as there's never more than 2 people on the checkouts and the poor staff on self service looked swamped too. Lots of basic items out of stock and their own brand items have a much reduced range. Very disappointed.

Not great. Quality of fresh produce seems poor in comparison to other leading brand supermarkets. Meat aisle again not great and dates are poor. Not much in terms of promotional price reduction apart from some of the booze .. maybe .

No staff & service very slow.
The queues here were bigger than what I saw in lockdown.

Get rid of self checkouts & get more staff in. I'll stick to Tesco until they get more people on tills.

Well stocked with a great variety of items. It is also very neatly arranged and has a good number of self check-out and manned/staffed check-out tills.
The few times I've been it was quite busy but the experience wasn't bad.

Although the staff inside the store were helpful I felt very anxious by the people outside asking for money. I was approached going in store and at least 3 times on my way out. One person even noted I had one coin and my friend had a token and offered to take my trolley back. Also going in there was a scene with a young women crying snd shouting. She looked under the influence of something. I was uncomfortable with the visit to the store.
