Morrisons

Morrison is very expensive compared to all the other local supermarket so I avoid shopping her. Also the customer service is really poor . If you ask the staff you are looking for a specific item they won’t take you to the product and have really bad attitude for asking for help from them . Reading other reviews customers have said the same thing with staff with unhelpful attitude and bad attitude . Morrison need to address this at this store .They need to train there staff for better customer service

The in shop bakery products are just great, pies, sausage rolls and lovely scotch pie's, so lovely and such a good price. Also had a coffee and bacon roll in their cafe 😁nice morning out.

Morrissons is a pleasure to shop in. Friendly staff, wonderful store layout fabulous produce excellent selection of fresh fish, meat, cheese, vegetables and fruit to choose from not to mention the amazing bakery . Compared to it's compeditors Morrisons offers a good price point throughout their stores. The wine and liquor section offer a wide selection of wonderful wines and spirits. Finally their petrol and diesel is at a fair price. Continued success with all that you do.

Service been dropping a lot, from inability to get assistance when automated tills go wrong to staff refusing to remove security tags from items I'd clearly paid for.

Items packaged in store are routinely mis-labeled, such as Morrisons family butcher '10 pack' bacon with only 5 rashers of bacon.

Now they refused to take a message warning them of potential danger on the premises. That will result in an expensive lawsuit when it drops. All because they are understaffed and over worked.

No lighting in the carpark at 6pm on a Saturday evening when it's dark, had to use the torch on my phone to see my way around to get into the store. Took me over 10 minutes to find a trolley again using the torch on my phone to get around the carpark. Came out after my shop and all the trolley chains were padlocked to the metal frames so I had to go back into the store to get someone to sort that out as well. A security guard was sent to (supposedly) help but when I pointed out how unsafe it is with no lighting and how much I hate shopping in this store he pointed to his head gesturing that I have a screw loose. Upon asking him his name he asked me why I needed his name when he's trying to help me. (How telling someone they have a screw loose is helping is totally beyond me) Yet another bad service shopping trip in this Awful Store, if I could give minus stars I would!!

Went in today, cafe is very cold and everyone was sat in coats. Absolutely no cutlery, no mugs, all waiting to be washed.
Ordered our meal online which then got refunded as we were told breakfast menu only (2pm).

Aflter leaving a good review on my first visit my second visit was very different. I attempted to buy lunch in the cafe but they only had one person doing all the serving and taking orders. She was too busy bringing meals out she didnt have time to take any orders. After standing waiting by the till for about 10 minutes i got fed up and left.

Very cold, then went to morrisons restaurant and sat in their over 50 minutes waiting for food and they wasn't even busy . The was about 9 people in restaurant everyone was sat in coats. You need unlimited complimentary hot drinks and also put you heating on.
