Iceland Supermarket Lincoln

This Iceland branch is fantastic; average sized but bursting with great offers and prices for a variety of products, whether you're buying for yourself or for others. I've had minimal issues shopping here; whatever issues I had with staff etc. is irrelevant when you consider what's perhaps the best savings scheme out of all the supermarkets, the Bonus Card scheme (£1 on your bonus card for every £20 you spend) and the overall cleanliness of the shop. The 10% student discount was an absolute life saver and I sincerely hope it returns in the future (which I'm sure it will). Would also like to point out that Iceland (as a company) is currently the only supermarket to exclude palm oil from all their original products, a move all supermarkets should take. Shop from Iceland if you want to help the environment.

Always good value for frozen foods.. we bought some 'Greggs' products for much less than in a Greggs shop (even though you need to cook from frozen - still brilliant value.!) 👍

Some good deals in here but check the prices as its not always a bargain and the tills don't always ring up the same price on the shelves.

Some staff are very friendly and nice which makes my shopping here enjoyable. But sometimes the reduced prices don’t register and the bonus card deals don’t either. One of the till workers with short brown hair always gets prices wrong and overcharge me even on reduced things and i even had to pay double at one time…

Did quite a bit of Christmas shopping here, was a bit cramped due to what seemed like small aisles. But was well stocked. The mini pies are very nice, but don't know if that was just a Christmas thing or if they have them permanent.

This icelands is great to do a small shop or to have a bigger shop delivered. The aisles aren't side by side double buggy and trolly wide but it's in the middle of town so it doesn't matter. It's icelands, there's always a bargain to be had at icelands. This shop is wheelchair accessible but be warned as it's a busy shop there are often boxes being unpacked in aisles. It's clean, has very polite staff and the staff are also helpful.
Overall can't fault either staff or shop. It's exactly what it says it is... icelands.
