Awful rude staff. Coffee machine screen froze and then ordered wrong item by mistake. Was then approached by staff member who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Accused me of "breaking the machine".

Just wanted a cup of coffee but ended up in a heated argument with someone who clearly needs training in customer service and basic manners.
