Tesco Express

A few times I have been in before work in the morning and every single item in the £3 meal deal has been reduced so 1. Cannot participate in the meal deal promotion and 2. Cannot get a fresh sandwich etc for my lunch. Tesco is so handy for me to go to in the morning on way to work but if this keeps up I'll be going elsewhere it's not hard to put out fresh sandwiches in the morning

Shocking customer service... Not acknowledged once during my transaction, in fact Totally ignored whilst my server talked to her work colleague who was stocking the shelf behind the counter about a skincare product she thought was clearly VERY important, more important than doing her job! She proceeded to hand me my receipt while looking the other way continually talking to her work colleague 😤
Absolutely no eye contact or acknowledgement of my existence at any point.

A small convenience store but is very well stocked. The staff are very nice and very helpful too.

Too wee, Prestwick needs a Metro rather than an Express .. not enough choice. On the plus side the staff are friendly and helpful

Second time I've got an out of date sandwich from here over the space of 2 weeks,
Also the second time over the same timeframe I've had to hunt the shop for a member of staff to serve a queue of customers.

Class example of a convenient express store. Has everything you need at an adorable price.

This is now my second attempt to collect a yodel parcel for my wife. I appeared yesterday and was told very abruptly that I couldn't collect it without my wife's ID. I went to Tesco express Prestwick this morning with both my wife's ID and collection code. The same woman as I saw yesterday who I presume is of a managerial role came out "barking" she said "I told you yesterday" you can't collect it. I tried to explain I can and I have the appropriate documentation to collect it. She abruptly told me I couldn't and I have again left this store empty handed and frustrated at the customer service I have received. I'm sure this is not the customer service Tesco teaches to its staff. It was quite frankly nothing short of poor.

Yesterday evening I visited the store and there was nobody at the till and no member of staff visible eventually I shouted out for someone and was served finally. Today I visited the store and only 1 member of staff was serving at tills meaning I had a wait of 10 minutes to pay for 2 items.It looks as if staffing levels are inadequate.
