Staff Arrogant - Availability Getting Poor

Used to be a nice little store, purpose built, aesthetically pleasing.
But recently, I've noticed staff gathered together discussing how many hours extra holiday they're owed, rather than serving customers.
Sadly, the sandwich availability is so poor I have to go elsewhere.
When I pointed out a problem with the self scan tills, there was no sorry.
I suppose they've given up caring; So sad. Some Staff no longer wear badges, I expect, so you can't complain about them, and when I met the "Manager" he was a very defensive rather than open and friendly.
I shop elsewhere, this store gets me down.

older staff member not competent on the till they need younger staff there, never any staff at the till always got to go in search of staff, customer service very poor, self service tills should say out of order but they keep them open knowing they dont work properly and the shelf filling trolleys block the aisles. disaster area.

Shocking advertised as open on line after a 10 minute drive I was told to wait for 20 minutes until they take a delivery of which they hadn't even started unloading. I asked if I could run and get a birthday cake which would of taken a second and told no by a teenager guarding the door. Great service! If I could give zero stars I would.

Middle aged women, not selling wine to a 29 year old with a beard, because I didn't have I.D. pathetic old women.

Good choice and offers with both helpful and friendly staff.

It's okay. Not too bad as Tesco Express stores go

I post all my parcels here using EVRi. It's very convenient but getting a little pricey for everyday purchases.

Always got to go searching for staff to get served,older lady in this store not very helpful and always an inconvenience to her to serve customers.why is she there ?
