Empty store and grumpy staff. Was limited to buying 2 microwaveable rice packs. Queue times are long as the staff like to chat amongst themselves.
The store is small compared to others.
Don't waste your time going here. Even the fuel station was closed off.

Not too busy, lovely staff, a few shortages on the shelves but this is the new norm everywhere. Do like the fact there are better choices in bread now - Jason's Sourdough for example plus quirky but very tasty Rubies in the Rubble tomato ketchup.

Always a good shopping experience here. Staff very helpful.
Fresh produce has always got plenty to choose from across the range. Freezers always well stocked. Shop is clean and presentable as is the car park. Cafe is very good, again staff are helpful and it's always nice and clean in there. Choice of food is great, from cakes to full meals.

Security and staff were disappointingly rude! My daughter came 2 minutes before the closing time, we needed to get some milk for the children. She could have easily quickly went and bought it before the closing time. Instead, they told her to buy some from a different shop! Unbelievable.
Horrible service!

This is about both the cafe and the store.

The store?
Disappointing selection, unappetising bread and fruit. Extra cold store, it was warmer outside.

The cafe?
We walked into a messy eating area, food left on the tables not cleaned up. Even empty tables had stains on them. Then we proceeded to wait for well over 30 minutes for our food. A short wait is fine but 30 minutes when the staff members couldn't even work out who's meal is for who?
A worker even came and spoke to multiple tables because they couldn't work out what table this order belonged to.

When we finally got said food, it was the most disappointing thing ever - and I've had my fair share of horrible breakfasts. Every hot element was cold.

I do not recommend this store unless management fix these major issues - just pop to the sainburys 5 minutes away.

It's a supermarket...pretty much like any other supermarket inside.
I did the click & collect from Amazon Prime last time but that was because they did a tenner of & it wasn't far from my route home. Very efficient & stuff arrived on time but then I was in the first slot of the day.

The salad bar is next level. I'm genuinely addicted. £4 for literally enough food to last me all day. And it's open late. I feel like I know cheat codes for the universe.

The meat counter is also very good, huge variety of cuts at low prices, makes Tesco, Asda et all look like mugs. Rest of the store is ok too. But mainly it's about the meat and salad.
