Very nice M&S Food store with a great selection of traditional and non-traditional foods. If you are looking for something special or something unusual then this is the place to go. They have some fantastic foods. The store itself is beautifully presented and very clean and tidy.

Café was very disappointing. I was pretty much ignored at the till. They were busier putting biscuits on saucers for coffees and talking amongst themselves rather than serving me. I had a pram on my own and wasn't offered any assistance to help me to a table. Poor for M&S....

Good location, good variety of food for a comparatively small unit. The staff are excellent, friendly and knowledgeable.
The car park is large enough and you will receive your £1 back if you spend over £10 in store. This is credited to you at the till.

Quality always sells, M&S always get their food right, from sustainable sources, quality assured with a wide range of everything from choice cuts, vegetables, fruit and many more. A good range of wines at not silly prices, deserts too. They also offer their meal deal for two, worth a look I can tell you. Pleasant and helpful staff who are always willing to point you in the right direction. Anyone in Chepstow looking for that special meal need not look no further it's all there including their super ready meals enjoy as it's well recommended ☺️🍷👍

One of the best shops, a little pricey sometimes but quality of food is usually very good. They have good social distancing measures at this time which is always appreciated. I get my meals from here time to time, can't really afford to have every meal from here but really would if I could. Their meals arn't insanely pricey but I don't have the biggest budget. Although, with that said I can still afford to eat here a few times a week. They have a lovely cafe too (not open at the moment with social distancing measures) where they serve hot food and drinks that are truly delightful. They serve really delicious smoothies in the cafe freshly made as well.
Overall, a good place, very high quality.

Notice to those people who shop at Marks SPENCER CHEPSTOW the parking charge has been suspended but if you exceed the two hour slot you get a parking charge of 85 pounds
The fact that you have wait outside to get into the store is not considered on a very busy day I waited 50 minutes outside and because I needed fill up and spend 100 pounds which took a long time which resulted in a fine
To try an advise the shop of this proved as a useless exercise
Service from the company is zero

Good product and service in a well maintained store. Displaying stock within easy reach of customers. Plenty of choice.

Very friendly service at a busy time from Judi

It is always very unlikely that we will spend £140 to get £14 off especially in Wales as any wine is not counted due to the extra tax on alcohol.
