Marks and Spencer

Staff aren’t very efficient and the food hall needs to be made bigger. The coffee shop is always busy but the staff are rude as are the customers. £2.60 for what they call an Americano coffee? Disgusting, tastes like their own cheap instant coffee. Chairs left out everywhere for the old customers to sit around the store giving you dirty looks. Staff have way too much time on their hands for chatting and aimlessly moving the clothes around the store. Is there any point in selling clothing here with NEXT next door?

Never seem to have any manned checkouts open. Really should have at least one operating in the food hall for people (like me) that don't like using automated checkouts. Will probably shop in Waitrose instead, at least I can be served by a human being and not have to feel like a naughty boy asking for someone to verify my age to an item of technology every time I try and buy a bottle of wine.

Attempted to find cronuts for my partner and was finally saved by Rhys for helping me, chasing me down by the tills to say they have found what I was looking for. Thank you very much Rhys 😊

The Cafe had a great atmosphere and seems to be a gathering place for many people. I was expecting the breakfast to take a long time but the food was fast and delicious, the fresh orange juice was a win also. Good tasting coffee but the milk always comes far too hot to drink and you have to wait a while for it to cool enough. Friendly staff.

A fantastic experience and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The lady who served me explained that she could order a different size if I wanted. The quality of clothing is outstanding. Thanks Marks, got a fantastic coat for the winter 😀

Visited the cafe at Talbot Green today. Incredibly rude staff. I won’t be back. Complained to management. RecommendBradley’s in the village - lovely, helpful staff - makes it a much better experience.

Really enjoyed lunch in M&S and lot of selections of sandwiches and cakes to should from and have been there many years and always busy in the cafe.

Always a good shopping experience at M&S. Have always found staff very helpful whichever store I've used.
