Failed the simple task of take food from store, put in van and deliver, without lying to the customer
First order - Received notification that the van had broken down and the order would be delivered later than expected, seems reasonable, delivery didn't turn up. Gave them a call very apologetic as expected was informed the van hadn't broken down and a driver hadn't turned up to work. Rebooked to deliver the next day.
The next day, no notification to tell me when delivery will be made, checked the website order marked as delivered already, gave them another call, was told not to worry and the order had left the store and would be with me by 11pm, 10:30pm no delivery, gave them another call, was told its not being delivered and I'd have to reschedule it again for tomorrow and I'd have to be charged again for it to be delivered.
God forbid it happens to a family that can't afford to buy food a second time round.

Enormous long queue at checkouts. Scan and shop not working. Staff struggling to process customers. Obviously a technical problem somewhere! 13.05 Wednesday 7th September

Very easy to get around in my mobility scooter helpful staff and a lovely cafe, as a disabled persons it is a good place to shop

Tesco is a great service provider...we always can relay on it to get what we need. Customer service is very good too.

Poorly stocked shelves and general untidy shelves. Staff look miserable and not happy to be there. Not a pleasant feel whilst shopping.

By the time I get out of work, a lot of the stuff I want is generally picked clean. Would be nice if they restocked a little more regularly.
Also Aberystwyth has the worst pedestrians I've ever seen who will do their absolute utmost to walk straight through you and/or force you into traffic no matter how much berth you give, and that problem is only exacerbated in a place like this.

Came to Aberystwyth for vet surgery after dropping off the pup me and my mum came to Tescos/m&s, upon arriving and parking and entering the store we both looked to see if there was any pay machines or signed for parking but nothing so we took it that parking must of been free so we decided to leave the car all day whilst waiting to be called from the vets to pick the dog up and go home, we had breakfast at Tescos cafe, then went had a walk round town as we knew we would be a while in Aberystwyth waiting but didn’t feel rushed as we didn’t see anything about parking at the Tescos/m&s car par, later on we came back for more drinks etc in the Tescos cafe and then did shopping in the M&S store, we then later on went over the road to pets at home then to weatherspoons for food, after probably 6/7 hours we finally got a call and was able to go get the pup, just over a week later I received a parking charge which I’m absolutely disgusted about after using there shops and not seeing any reasonable signage so guessing it’s in a place where most people who are not local won’t see it and no further signage in the car par. But think it’s unacceptable for the £70 fine which says as a goodwill gesture it is reduced to £30 is paid in 14 days……if you put proper signs up I would of paid for a whole day parking….

Love the shop and staff however why remove all of the trollies from the bays? There is no way of getting your coin back unless you walk all the way back to the store entrance very inconvenient especially if you have health conditions. This is a relatively new procedure enforced by the Store Manager who thinks it's amusing when staff pass on complaints from customers.
