This surgery has been going downhill for years now. The receptionists are incompetent, lose your paperwork, don't confirm appointments, never tell you if the nurse or Dr is running late which they always are now, the Dr's don't care about you and the female Dr always treats me like I've got plague. I hardly see the male Dr anymore, he used to be good but I think the sheer amount of patients he has has taken its toll on his level of care.

i agree with all also she refuse to see my baby and she hide behind covid ( she confuse a perforated acute otitis media for covid and this cost me 200£ because she did a letter for my insurence where say that mother request the letter to see paediatrician at cromwell hospital so the insurence didn't cover) in that case i had my baby with 40,5 of fever since wedensday night and was friday 20/3. also she refuse to see her in october. i need someone that care about my child and not that ignore me when i need.
with me she is rude and cold ( i had a miscarriage). for that all the family change gp for one that is one mile away (and her is just at the corner).

I had the audacity to ask about my blood test results, the female doctor was rude and surly and genuinely didn’t want to discuss the results with me! Her response “your bloods are fine” she hadn’t bothered to look at my file to know I had been referred by her surgery to Paddington or in fact why I had blood test done in the first place or the most worry what some of the medical wording was(Google helps) ! If i didn’t know better I would think I was being a major inconvenience !

This is the same doctor that told my husband he just hurt his knee and to take naproxen which transpired he had a cartilage lesion and fractured patellar by going private

They are lucky 1 star is the lowest I can score

This surgery has a bad reputation due to the female doctor. When Dr Reddy is not available you get thrown to this other doctor who greets you as if she couldn’t care less. Always comes up with a wrong diagnostic for not making any questions.
I’ve no idea how someone so uninterested in people or medicine can be practising at all.

The reception are ok but the lady doctor (i think her name is Vanessa "indian") very very very rude person, she does not even give time for her patient to express them self. If you don't like you job leave there are other doctors who cares about their patients and you are not doing anyone any favour that our right and you must do you work as it suppose to be.

This is not the first time I had to encounter a very rude/sarcastic receptionist, i think she must east european because her accent. Once i called to talk to ask for an appointment with gp and when she asked me what for i mentioned I am worry about unexplained weight lost, her answer was "i should be happy about it people wants to lose weight" which it shocked me as she doesnt know my health problem so this comment it should keep it for her self, I said sorry? And she said oh nothing nothing, you can hear her tone of voice laughing. So I ignored it. Another time the same lady I spoke wich i was asking about to update my records as i needed the covid pass and according to 119 services it says the gp has to update so i can get it, again speaking to her i explaining to her, and she said to wait to my next appointment and talk to gp and i asked her can she not update or see it, and again with ser sarcastic voice, HAH i am not your clinitian. Okay i understand shes not but it is not the first time she talked to that arrogant voice.

About the gp I used to have mostly a lady doctor but i request for the male doctor or the doctors that come to cover the branch as they seem they care and can actually chase up things.
