Sushi Express

loved the sushi. i ordered off just eat and got 10% off. but when the order came the rice fell apart. i dont think they left time for the sushi to set properly

Really really yummy sushi, fresh and thickly cut fish with perfectly cooked rice. Couldn’t fault it!

I did order x2 fish roll club, and when my guest opened the box the smell was awful and so fishy and horrible and I was so embarrassed front of my guest.
I threw away the open box and kept one and did contact Uber eat and they said if the smell is off it’s the store responsibility and I then contacted the store and spoke with their store manager and he was so rude and disrespectful and told me I don’t care if you or your friend didn’t like the smell and I will not refund you. The customer service was disgusting. Even though I have kept the box he is not willing to take it back and refund me.

He did not even care that I was a first time customer to buy my trust.

Honestly I’m sure if we ate this food we would have been in hospital.

Refunding me £20 was better than destroying your reputation.

Sadly once u become a cutomer they'll send u leftovers and huge chuncks of the sushi roll (the one that can't be cut in half but too big for one sushi and are the two ends of the roll)
I hate it when no restirant can have consistency in their service!!

We regularly order on Uber Eats as the offers are great. The sushi and katsu bowls have always been top notch

Amazing experience staff where polite and very friendly, sushi was delicious would recommend for all my sushi lovers.

This was kind of joke. Rice over cooked. Nigiri salmon was not cutting for the right side. Katsu curry with no panko and the Yakisoba I don't know what was it. Terrible experience. Ps the soya sauce was good

The sushi was terrible. Products seemed old and low quality. Sushi was falling apart and rice was badly cooked. do not recommend!
