Excellent dealership and a pleasure to visit. The staff at Suzuki Ebbsfleet (and Kia for that matter) are a pleasure to talk to, are always approachable and are always on hand regarding any matter or problem you may have. I have just purchased my new SZ3 Attitude and couldn't be happier with the process from start to finish. David really listened to my needs and understood exactly what I was after! Couldn't have asked for more really. I cannot recommend the level of customer service and the efficiency of the whole process from start to finish highly enough.

Received the written quote from Warren Jones of JCB suzuki Ebbsfleet via Carwow for 2019 Suzuki Swift Auto SZ5, I have called twice to confirm the purchase price, when reached to the showroom after driving 70 mile to place the order, they increased the price by almost £1100 and excused by saying that the quoted price was wrong. Totally disgusting, unprofessional and poor customer service. even did not apologise for their mistake.

We went to purchase a Suzuki Hybrid and we were unlucky to have dealt with Warren who was rude and had limited knowledge of the cars. After my purchase I was left without a signed service book, wrong information and had to deal with an attitude of the sales rep along with hidden fees. I am not impressed as this was my first purchase of a new car and I would expect a bit more information to be provided, instead it was all brushed off. Extra services such as GAP were not even recommended to me, I had to ask for them. Also, Suzuki's first free service is 2k miles not 1k, thanks for the wrong information! I would stay away from this place.

My wife and myself went to buy a brand new suzuki hybrid. We spoke to the sales person Mark Vousden who was unfriendly abrupt and had very limited product knowledge. I felt as if he just wanted to get rid of us and we left very disappointed and no wizer on the product range offered.The phone rings for minutes before being answered. If you want friendly and professional service go down the road to Ford where we were made very welcome there. Robert Farmer
