Swimming Lessons Bridgend - Adult Swimmer
- As a Welsh speaker I was delighted to hear you could have Welsh speaking swimming lessons with Water Wings Swim School.
- I have started the Adult swimming coaching sessions at Bryntirion, Bridgend, ready for my triathlon this summer. This training has really improved my swimming confidence and technique - Adult swimming lessons Bridgend, Bridgend Triathlon.
- My fitness has improved by doing lengths and learning new strokes, plus swimming has helped me lose weight and get in better shape.

Thank you Water Wings Swim School Bridgend

My son went for a interview was told he had the job replied the same day by email to accept only to be told it was given to someone else I'm glad my son didn't start here after viewing their terrible reviews

Had an 8th party here for my daughter. So private and amazing value! The facilities were great, pool warm with plenty of inflatables to play with. Then more than enough space for food and aloud to realistically decorate the space we had. Great value for money and highly recommend for a birthday party. Also once arriving they have an amazing soft place area which we could see but much more suitable for younger ones

The pool and facilities are lovely, and my daughter has turned in to an incredibly confident little swimmer in only a few lessons! Her teacher is brilliant, each lesson has a different plan/focus so it doesn't get monotonous, and instructions are always very clear. Delighted that they've been able to comply with pandemic rules and teach in a safe manner. Very happy with these lessons and this swim school and feel it's really good value for money given what my little one is getting out of it. Could not recommend Water Wings more!

We paid for 1:1 sessions for our two children. The swim instructors are great. In particular Cat. However, the business let’s the whole show down. The turn over of instructors is quite high, my son had approximately 6 different instructors in the 5 months he was with Water Wings. The premises is run down. In the 5 months of being there, the showers were never turned on. This was explained as a covid precaution at first, but has now turned into a money saving tactic due to the current energy prices. At the same time this was communicated, the price of 1:1 sessions increased from £26 for half an hour to £30 for half an hour, due to the cost of heating the building and pool. The changing rooms are filthy and to our knowledge, the radiators have never been on. The prices for all other provisions they offer (group swimming lessons, soft play area, pool party hire) were not increased. This suggests to me that they’ve targeted parents who consistently spend large amounts with them on a regular basis. After posting negative feedback, my wife was refunded and told to never come back. The way the business is run is poor, instead of tackling constructive criticism with positive changes to the service they provide, they decide to cancel you instead. The children never got to say goodbye to their instructors. The business doesn’t care for the kids, service provided or otherwise- they care about the money parents are lining their pockets with. We wished we listened to others who warned us to begin with.

Started off well..but as time went on the organisation was very poor. They didn’t know what was going on ..my child would end up doing same thing numerous lessons then end up back doing what she started right on her first lesson..she completed stage 1 and 2 and still they tried to get her to stage 1 a good year later when she’d already done it moons ago ..very disappointed in the end.
