Absolutely amazing service and super pleased with product - spoken with Jon many times regarding items needed and even throughout the whole covid situation, they have always been amazing. Super fast responses, articulate, helpful, communicative and honest, I wish all retailers were this good - most impressed.

Brilliant service Needed a underlay for my pool liner the guy didn’t have any in the shop but he did at his house so he went home and bought it back to the shop and I picked it up later the same day ( keeping to the social distant rules)
Gave me a discount also , really friendly service I’ve never used these guys before but now I have a pool will be using them for my pool supplies .

Absolutely superb service. We purchased a premium pool robot which we then took abroad to a small Greek island. Unfortunately the unit developed a fault, and required a visit back to the retailer.

Jon went far above what was required with practical and pragmatic assistance to help me get the defective part back to the shop, 1500 miles away from the dead robot, where it was replaced under warranty with no quibble or argument.

This is what I want from a small business - flexible, personal service and a willingness to adapt the normal procedure to help your customer, and Pool Supplies went above and beyond to deliver exactly that.

I can’t recommend them enough, if they’d only open a branch in corfu I would buy all my pool supplies from them.

Popped in there for advice and potential purchase. Guy came down the stairs, no hello and very unfriendly! I was made to feel unwelcomed. What a way to run a shop!

Jon is always really helpful and responsive. They always have exactly what i need in stock and send it out really quickly.
I'd recommend to anyone that needs pool supplies

They have no clue about what they are selling; they advised via email to buy the wrong part and, when asked, to provide the right part the guy on the phone become aggressive and said just send me back everything and I will refund you. Be prepared to waste your time and money.

Alan couldn't have been more helpful with the pool supplies that I needed. If you want friendly, honest, straightforward advice, and quality work - this is the place to go.
