All Swim

We have been using All Swim for the past three years and would never go anywhere else. They’re an absolutely amazing team who can help you with everything swimming pool related from water treatment to pool installation. We’ve installed 3 swimming pools with All Swim including 1 x 7.5 x 2.5m heatform panel pool with a velocity swim current & 2 original endless pools. Jane and her team cannot help you enough. Highly recommended. 5 star business. To top it off they’ve been trading for 50 years!! Not many businesses can say that. Wow.

I bought a pool from All Swim last year and was hugely impressed by the amazing standard of after-sales service that they are able to offer. I had many questions while I was building the pool and many afterwards about maintaining it and Julian was always extremely helpful and able to offer professional advice. There's also no doubt that All Swim offers a superb range of pool equipment at keen prices too. I would strongly recommend using this company.

This shop is everything that is right and so so wrong with pool ownership and industry in the UK.
Part of me wants to give this place 5 stars every time I visit and the other half wants to give one. Pros, great range, amazingly experianced and helpful staff who will go a million miles to help you out. Cons, high pricing and a they can be really stuck up at times too. When you're talking passionately about your above ground backyard pool and your shunned to the corner when a prospective higher price install walks in.
I feel like they're always trying to be better than they are and really they'd rather just sell big installations to folks with the means to buy them.
Perhaps they should split the brand? Or at the least have a more private area by appointment for people with more complex needs. All swim for the vinyl owners (so 99% of their trade) and fancypants-swim for the 1% who will buy a biger package. If they embraced both people - everyone would have a great pool and an amazing experiance shopping here. I'm sure people spending time and money going through the details of a full install don't want to be bothered by people popping in for pool noodle and some chlorine tablets either.
Just to be clear, this review isn't based on one visit but multiple visits and interactions over several years both face to face and via email and phone.

It has been my pleasure to order from All Swim on two occasions now. Each time the service has been excellent and delivery has been the next day.

The first order was for a skimmer and they took the time to call and make sure that I had ordered the right product for my requirements. They then patiently answered a number of questions regarding our pool build.

On both occasions, I thoroughly researched the pricing and found that All Swim offers the most competitive pricing.

If you are interested in anything for your pool I would strongly recommend considering this company. Fast, friendly, efficient and competitive - what more could .you ask for.

Really helpful - I ordered replacement pool remote control units and purchased the wrong type. Sent the Company an email and they got back to me straight away by phone and email and no problems with sending me a replacement. Great service, thank you

Their service is excellent, and the staff have always been very helpful. Julian in particular helped me through the liner pool ordering process and was a pleasure to work with.
