I would give zero star if I could. Stay away from these scumbags.
Ordered a kit on the 8 of Jan for my son's birthday (28 Feb).
For weeks we waited for the kit to be delivered in vain. Causing me and my boy stress as we were pretty close to the birthday and the football party we had organised with his friends.
The kit was delivered just a few days before the birthday without the pair of socks.
I have since asked for a refund but I'm yet to receive my money with no answer to my emails.
I'm giving them till end of the day to report them to trading standards but advise anyone once again to stay away from them. They will be very quick in taking your money but you won't be happy with the outcome.

Stay away, don't order from this company, complete scam. More than money, it is the disappointment on my 10 year olds face that broke my heart. Ordered the kit on 28th April giving enough time to.personlise the kit and deliver but this company messed it up big time. I should have noticed they dont have contact number anywhere on their website which is a big alarm for a scam, so no way to contact them.
You receive occasional one word emails giving you the status as packing or dispatched but nothing beyond that. The actual goods not anywhere in sight :(.
I usually don't write bad reviews for a company giving them the benefit of doubt that businesses sometime have hard time fulfilling the order on time as promised, but this one is beyond belief.
I am going to reoort this company to my bank and the trading standards as well to make them aware.

I placed an order on 1st August, it’s now September 20th.
I’ve chased them up several times. Mid August they said it would be sent out at the end of the week, a week later they apologised. Chased again end of August and received an email to say they were packing the parcel and that it would be dispatched by end of the week. Finally received an email saying it was dispatched on the 8th sept with no info in the email like a tracking number instead just a blunt message saying please allow 7 working days it's now the 20th sept and no sign at all have sent a final email but hold out little to no hope that I will ever received the item I'm sure the next email from them will be saying "the courier has lost it". At no point when ordering does it say that items turn around are over two months and this was ment to be a present for my son's 6th birthday which was the 12th August more chance of getting it for xmas now. This company is a total waste of time and I have reported them to trading standards. Stay well clear of this company.

Absolute joke of a 'company' take your money and clearly have no intention of supplying the product. Claims royal mail dont have tracking 🤦‍♀️. Suddenly can't answer an email when you havn't recieved the item.

AVOID, AVOID.
Ordered over two months ago, still no item and refusing to cancel the order, so no refund. Will take further action.

So you pay for goods. There is nobody to answer your questions. The order is identified and then nothing at all. Very poor service. Still waiting for goods. Honestly think that they can not provide the goods paid for. I have reported this company to Trading Standards and will proceed with a complaint. STRONGLY recommend that people do not try to purchase Christmas presents for children from this company.
As of today 03/12/2021 I am reporting this business to the police and have raised the issue with my Bank. Do not buy a replica football kit for your children as a nice christmas present. This business looks like and performs like a scam artist.

Ordered a liverpool kit 10th November status at 29th November despatched allow 10 working days... and still not received it have chased via website and email and no answer. A childs Christmas present that i can ill afford to loose £45 this time of year

Have been waiting 6 weeks for a refund, never answer the phone, unhelpful on email.
