They take orders for things they dont have, then when you do question where your order is make lame excuses about courier and klarna issues when actually it hasnt even been dealt with, and then cancel your order altogether, re ordered from another company will be with me within 2 days, so much more professional

Whilst I'm sure the shop is lovely, the web orders management is sadly lacking. Order placed 8 days ago - apparently still not dispatched. No reply at all to 2 emails, and the "helpline" just tells you they are hard to get hold of then cuts you off! The only way I got to speak to someone was through the shop (which I know you're not supposed to do). Got a callback and was told that my order would be dispatched the following day. Guess what............. :(

I should've looked at the reviews about their online orders before placing one. They take orders for things they don't have stock of, you have to wait for their shipment to arrive "any day now" and then get told they don't know if it's coming at all. I only know that because I had to email to get an update on my order which stayed on the same status for days, otherwise I would have been left hanging. I very rarely leave reviews, good or bad, but this really made me do it this time. Their physical shop may be lovely, the online orders are just not good at all. The one star is only because I had a quick response to my initial email and got a refund pretty quickly, otherwise it would have been zero. Either have an online shop that's properly managed, or don't. Won't be buying from there and won't recommend.

I was on vacation and wanted to pick up some Le Mieux items because they are much cheaper here than my home country and no shipping charges. Good selection, prices and helpful staff. Thanks!!

There was a significant delay with my order but the Customer Service is very impressive: they investigated and offered either to refund me or to credit me as a gesture of good will for part of the order. I have accepted their offer and will continue to use their website as they have a good range of products and are competitively priced.
