How can I pay £100 plus for photography package including a memory sticky of £20 just for you to tell me to select only two pictures??? My family was so large at my graduation we had to take 3 groups of family pictures. So now tell me which of the pictures I should choose and which I should disregard! Absolutely makes no sense to me. Contacting them also not an option because you’ll never reach them.

Bad experience with this company and definitely wouldnt recommend to anyone. Waited over an hour and a half to collect my gown for graduation whilst other people pushed in because they were going to miss their graduations. Events had to be pushed back because of the poor organisation with the gowns. Waste of money and time. Unable to book photography at booking stage and was told that only booked photography would be accepted on the day so missed out on photos. No reply to an email I sent asking them for information a month ago. Made for an unnecessarily stressful day.

Awful company! After selecting my graduation photos they have emailed me to say that they’ll be selecting them for me. I have tried to contact them three times and keep getting ignored. I’ve paid £55 for two photos and yet they can’t even let me have the photos I have picked.

Absolute rip off!
I paid £20 for a USB thinking that I will get all my pictures in soft copy. BUT this company ONLY sent me 2 UNEDITED pictures!
WHY on earth did it cost £20?!

The printed pictures are no good either. £60 for 6 printed pictures (and mind you, those 6 pictures aren’t all different. It’s literally 2 pictures, 3 copies each. Rip off!

Photography at graduation was poorly organised with excessive queuing causing delays to ceremonies, and I have since been informed they've lost my graduation photos! Luckily I got a second set of photos taken at the stadium and tried to purchase this online but even they were blurry and awful quality. Utterly disappointing experience and very poor customer service for what was meant to be a special day.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.- would score a 0 if i could. Pre-paid for my framed graduation photo before my grad ceremony ( scheduled for 6th July), they delivered the wrong image despite me selecting the right one. I was speaking toa guy called David at the time who advised me to send back the original image they sent and frame in exchange for the right one. It was now end of August/September time and they still couldn't give me updates on my 'new order' or even locate it. I went through their online web help and did not hear from anyone for weeks until i called one of the stores to ask for a contact number. I sent David emails but was ignored. I was then speaking to someone called Clara in November time to try and get this sorted. I explained what happened and she promised to look into and keep me posted via email. She sent me an email saying she was waiting for a response from the printing team or whoever, and then went quiet on me. I followed up with her 3-4 times before realising she is simply ignoring my emails. I called again today 23/11 to arrange or a full refund, stating the order number that Clara told me to quote and the new guy i was speaking to couldnt locate my original order. They tried getting me to call back again another day to arrange a refund with the manager. I've had to ask the guy on the phone today to arrange it and email me seperately as i do not trust anything they say. Very unprofessional and dishonest . Ask for everything in writing and keep all copies of emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It such a horrible company. I had my graduation in June 2022 and they didn’t deliver my pictures until September! They deliver my picture frame damage and I needed to return it. After that I needed to wait two months to get antoje picture frame that it wasn’t the one I order in the first place. I asked for a refund and they said they only could refund £5 for the gloss paper but not more. They asked me to send it again. Now I have to wait another 1 - 2 months

Worst service! Graduated in June and got my photos last week. They firstly sent me someone else's graduation pictures, then I had to send those back to them and had to wait weeks with no contact and when I called them they hadn't even re-printed my images. Turns out the person whose photos I received had got mine and the frames were damaged so they had to resend mine again. They offered 25% refund in November and ignored my emails chasing this until I had to call again today. Would never use this place!
